I think Van Darkholme rocks.  He is the director of BoundGods.com and has a wonderful book called Male Bondage.  I was so excited to meet him at IMsL.  He was very sweet to me when I had my crazy fan girl moment.

The ShowerBabe is one of Babeland’s own vibrators. I first tried using it on a dry bed. I was surprised at how much power it had for a vibrator that takes just two AA batteries. I was again surprised when I pushed the On/Off button a second time and realized that it had two speeds. Sweet! It’s nowhere near as powerful as a Hitachi, but I was quite pleased.

My next adventure with the ShowerBabe was in a bathtub. I am happy to report that not only is it well-sealed and does not leak, but it also floats!  While this is not so important in the bathtub, it is crucial for when I want to use it in a swimming pool.  And I definitely will use it in a pool.  I plan to take it with me to Leather Retreat for when I want to float with friends in the sun on one of those big air mattresses.  It will also be an important part of my Water Bondage class at TES Fest.  I love adding a vibrator to my bondage scenes and

The ShowerBabe is a bright cerise pink color which will make it easy to spot in the pool.  It is made of a hard plastic so it can be used with silicone lube which is exactly what you need when playing in water.  Another bonus feature is the cutout that makes it easy for me to grip.  I may run a rope through that cutout so it will be easy to hold onto in the pool.

The ShowerBabe is a very affordable $20 and an excellent addition to my toy collection.

Thursday: I am teaching Fantasy Role Play at The Citadel.

Friday:  I am teaching a Mummification intensive class that will last 4 hours.  I am hoping we can wrap a bunch of people up and let them have some time under wraps.

On Saturday a group of friends and I visited Sushi Samba for lunch.  The 7th Avenue South location was bright and sunny, the wait staff was very attentive and the food was very good.  I got a lunch special for $20.09, Samba Sashimi Seviche: tuna seviche, Neo Tokyo roll, tuna, salmon and eel sushi and fresh fruit.  This made me very happy.  Everybody else liked the food, too.  And the drinks.

Slave Rick has retired from a 30 year federal career in human rights working with refugees.  He will now more fully devote himselself to his private counseling practice.  “It is important to me that those in need of support from our community are not ‘pathologized’ merely for their lifestyle.”

David Lawrence is pre-selling his second book of rope photos, Rebound. There are 312 pages with over 500 photos.

The film catalogues the work of various artists, from photographers and painters to burlesque dancers and porn directors.  Sex Art offers a look at the personalities and artistic ideologies behind the art on the wall.  See the trailer here. The film is very close to being finished, but additional funding is needed for musical score, color correction, sound mix, and promotional materials.  You can either donate a few dollars or invest in the film.
