On Saturday, I played chauffeur with a Zipcar. It was an incredibly fucked-up traffic day in NYC.  But when you have good companionship, it’s all fine.  We made it to JFK with enough time to hang out in the cell phone lot to wait for our passenger.  I learned how to play Farkle with pretty sparkly dice.

Thor and mudcub sat in the back.  We spent a lot of time in that car.  It was a comfortable Scion XB.

We whisked Nayland off to the famous Roll N Roaster for their yummy roast beef sandwiches and then we brought him home.  He was very tired.

Mudcub was in charge of garbage.

Violet Blue has interviewed my friend, Rose White, who is opening Wicked Grounds, a kinky coffee shop in the SOMA area of San Francisco. I can’t wait to visit.

I always say that the best first hood you can get is a spandex hood.  They fit easily and are comfortable.  They are washable.  They don’t take up a lot of room in your toybag.  This spandex hood from The Stockroom is especially nice because it has a padded blindfold built in to really block out all the light.  And it’s on sale for just $15.20!  A really great deal.

Eleven of us went out to celebrate Thor’s birthday.  We started at the Chelsea Cinema for What’s Up Doc? Thor brought us all treats.  We laughed a lot.

Then we went down the street to RUB for barbecue.  Yum yum!  Some people were very tired on the way home.
