Thunder recap

July 25th, 2007 · 2 Comments

Great weekend. The best part was being able to spend quality time with Boymeat. In many ways, it was a weekend about us. While we normally do spend a lot of time together, this was different. In some ways it harkened back to old times.

I have a new body mod! A swirly, curly cutting on my hip that was done by Sharrin Spector. It peeks out when I wear overalls. I love it. And it might eventually get expanded.

I also got to meet the newest member of the family: Santos. He’s a long-haired Chihuahua!

Boymeat bottomed for my CBT class. It was educational and fun! He did end up in a fetal position by the time the class ended. He is such a good sport. My Jealousy class was well-received. I’m pleased with it. I just need to make a few changes for next time.

I was a judge at the talent show. Gee, who knew that Randall Kinnear could sing like that? Wow!

There will be a couple of scene write-ups to follow…

The skittish boy

July 19th, 2007 · No Comments

Ginger called me. “Remember that cute gay boy that was spanking me at LPN?”

“Yes.” It had surprised me because I hadn’t realized that Ginger played with men at all.

“Well, his birthday is coming up and he needs to get spanked for real.”

“Uh-huh.”

“He needs to be spanked by an expert.”

“Well, I am an expert.”

“Yes, dear, that’s why I am asking you.”

How much fun is this? I am the “go to” person when somebody needs a spanking expert! We agreed to meet Friday night for a drink at The Black Door. We sat at a table, Ginger on my right and the boy across from me. Introductions were made and we began to talk a bit. But the boy did not say much and looked down.

“Oh, you are shy. You can’t even look at me.”
He looked up and met my eyes. I gave him a big grin and he calmed down a bit.

He told me that he had never been to a dungeon before. He had been to some of the San Francisco bars like The Eagle and the Hole In The Wall, but he was inexperienced. He would be turning 30 shortly. “30? Huh! Then you won’t be a kid any more. You do need a real spanking.”

We walked down the street to Paddles and we entered. “Let me give you a tour of the place.” I led him through the various sections and allowed him a chance to look. Walking around was a bit tough for him. While some of the scenes were pretty hot, he was bothered by all the single men lurking around watching.

“Now I understand why men pay so much more to get in to this club.”
I nodded in sympathy. “It’s not a perfect solution at all.”

When we finished our tour, I asked him what spot was most appealing for him to take his spanking. He was distressed.
“Everything is so bright in here.”
“We’ll look for a darker spot.”

And we went looking and found something a little out of the way. He bent over a chair and put his face in Ginger’s cleavage. She has magnificent cleavage. And this gay boy is enamored with her cleavage. I hoped that this would calm him down a bit.

He didn’t want to pull down his jeans. He was wearing underwear and jeans and he wanted to keep them on.

“Are the men here an issue for you?”
He nodded.
“Well, they are not interested in other men.”
It didn’t matter. He was not dropping his pants. He wanted to get spanked with his pants on.

Oy! How unsatisfying to spank through denim and underwear. But we all wanted to make this happen. I would make the best of it. I also hoped that after a while he would relent to taking down his pants.

Using my bare hand on denim totally did not work for me so I switched to a leather strap. He did like that a lot, but the pants stayed on. Oy! Oy! Oy! So, I hit him pretty hard. We finally ended with a wooden paddle with him counting to thirty.

When it was over, he was very happy. I was just happy that it was over.

Ginger will make it up to me at a later time, I’m sure.

Dragonfruit and more

July 18th, 2007 · No Comments

Viviane and I bought the Dragonfruit (see photo) in Chinatown on Sunday after we had dim sum with friends. We went to see Ratatouille which was fabulous. Afterwards we were both starving so we had some grandma pizza and split open the dragonfruit. We scooped out the innards and it was as delicious as it looks.

On Saturday, I went to Sandy Hook for the first time ever. I like nude beaches. I wish the waves had been bigger.

Tonight, Kit and I went to the SPF on Theater Row and saw Cipher. We didn’t like it. But you takes your chances with unknown plays. At $10 for live theater, it was worth a shot.

I am almost done with putting together “The Greedy Pig Battles The Green Eyed Monster.” I work well under pressure.

Hey, pick up the August issue of Penthouse Forum! Selina wrote an article reviewing my Play Party at Play House, which she calls “one of the best venues of its kind in the country.” She mentions NCSF and gives the URL in the first paragraph. She calls me “a Queen of the BDSM scene” and “one of the best rope bondage artists.” Additionally, she says that I “sure know how to throw a party.” But I couldn’t throw a party like that without help from my friend, Glenda Rider.

The Green-Eyed Monster

July 16th, 2007 · No Comments

For the past few weeks, I’ve been working on my presentation for Thunder. It’s “The Greedy Pig Battles The Green-Eyed Monster” which is about jealousy in poly relationships. I had a lot of really good stuff, but holy shit! I have dug up some stuff while researching and now I am putting some stuff together in some ways that I never thought about before. And it’s bringing up some anger from way deep inside of me. Fascinating stuff. And I am so deep in emotion and thought that I am finding it hard to concentrate on what I actually have to do. But I think I need to process this stuff. It’s a good thing. Very constructive. There is so much there!

Passing

July 14th, 2007 · No Comments

On Sunday I was invited by friends to meet up for a street fair downtown. I went expecting the same old stuff: the same Italian sausages, crepes, mozzarepas (which I do love), cheap socks, underwear, bedding, baskets, South American sweaters, etc, blah, blah, blah. What I found on Broome between Orchard and Allen was more like a block party. The vendors were all local merchants and local artists. It happens every Sunday.

We also explored the neighborhood. We visited The NY Food Museum, which is featuring “100 Years of Joyva,” the Brooklyn-based company that makes halvah and those chocolate covered jelly rings and marshmallow bars. We learned the history of the company and how tahini is made and how it is turned into halvah. We even got free tastes!

Next we went to the Blue Moon Hotel. This tenement building has been renovated into a beautiful hotel. Lots of interesting memorabilia (see photo above). The Tenement Museum is across the street but we skipped that because we were with someone who had a kid in a stroller and we didn’t want to schlep too much up the stairs. We were too late to get in to see The Kehila Kedosha Janina Synagogue and Museum. Their congregation is of Greek descent. Who knew? Greek Jews! Talk about a minority!

Then we walked over to The Eldridge Street Synagogue which is undergoing a full renovation. It is known for its stunning Moorish façade and that’s all we got to see. It was also closed. Well, we were late.

We weren’t too late to head over to the playground. I liked sitting there watching the kids. So much energy! It was good to be around it. Not something I usually do. In NYC it is illegal for an adult to go sit in a playground and watch kids play. That is, unless you have a kid with you. Well, we had a kid with us, so I was passing in the playground. It pisses me off that we have a law like that. It’s to protect the children, because, like, you know, everybody without a kid of their own is a potential predator. Ugh!
