The phone rings and I pick up.
“You know it’s a cult,” said the insistent voice on the other end.
“What are you talking about?”
“Landmark. Why did you list that in your leather calendar?”
“Oh, yeah, Landmark. I kinda had to list it. It’s friends of mine who are doing it.”
“Lisa? Is that the Lisa from Cinekink?”
“Yeah. And Robert from Leather Invasion”
“People are going to get hurt. They are going to lose a lot of money.”
I sighed. “People will do what they do. I’m not going.”
“It’s not just a cult. It’s a pyramid scheme.”
“People will have to make their own choices.”
