For a friend’s birthday celebration we enjoyed a meat orgy at Plataforma Churrascaria. They just kept bring meat after meat. Not something I want to do often but yummy and fun.
As in so many things, I am a switch when it comes to food. I balanced out the weekend by going to VP2 (Vegetarian’s Paradise 2). They have a new dish which is now my favorite: Coconut Chicken with Pineapple slices. It’s not real chicken, but it tasted just like chicken. Uncanny.
