I went to the Museum of Sex last night. The Unbelievably Ultra-Fabulous Midori regaled us with a slide-show and lots of stories about her trip to Japan. She covered the underground sex clubs and bars that most non-Japanese are never privy to, the maid cafes, the love hotels, and the sex shops. And, of course, there were a bunch of slides of the food she ate. It was a truly fascinating glimpse into their culture and their fetishes.
