I have a secret blog

Yes, I have another blog that very few people know about. I have kept it secret because it’s a touchy topic for me: Fitness and Nutrition. It’s been about 18 weeks for me on this program. I’ve lost 22 pounds so far. My goal is to get healthy and lose an average of one pound per week. I don’t want to do it faster, because I don’t want to make myself nuts. I travel quite a bit and I eat out a lot. I need this program to be sustainable for me.

Anyway, the blog gets updated a few times a week. The posts and short and light, yet self-reflective. I post a lot of photos. I figure some of my kinky readers may be interested to follow along or maybe even join me. The blog even has an RSS feed and an option to subscribe via email.

    i checked out your other blog! so awesome. it sounds like you’re doing this the right way! a pound a week is AWESOME. and i read you’ve lost 22 lbs already?? this means your heart is already healthier. your diabetes risk has gone down significantly. and panties fitting better–hi, such great reinforcement there!

    i am also in the camp of “eat whatever i want, be careful with portions” camp. it’s so important that your lifestyle is something that is sustainable. one should set one’s self up for success, not failure. and it’s not a race. you’re getting healthier every day. 🙂
